Excelente lugar para hospedarse, el personal muy amable y el hotel muy limpio y acogedor es la segunda vez que me quedo con mi familia y cuando regrese a Bernal pienso regresar.
Beautiful boutique hotel, great location and service (by the owners). Small rooms but very nicely decorated, modern bathrooms. Has an extraordinary restaurant (Arrayan) with delicious mexican food. Definitely would stay again.
La ubicación es muy buena en pleno centro del pueblo, las habitaciones son agradables aunque es incomodo qué estén frente al restaurante-bar en primera no podrás descansar por el ruido y se siente uno con nula privacidad, no me gusto. El personal de recepción muy amable me atendieron muy bien desde la reservacion hasta la salida. No cuenta con acceso para personas con incapacidad motriz. Me desagrado qué el personal del estacionamiento me cobrará por llegar a la hora del salida del hotel 13 00 y que me dijera que ellos solo cubren hasta las 12 00 h, deben de ponerse de acuerdo para que coincidan los horarios. No tiene vista a la peña y los precios son elevados. Creo que hay mejores opciones .
Nice Hotel, in the middle of downtown Bernal. Everything from there is walking distance. They have a parking lot two blocks away from the hotel. Everything is new.
La comida es deliciosa, con platos que nos sorprendieron y con un servicio amable y muy atento. La decoración tanto del restaurante como de las habitaciones es bonita y acogedora, sumado a una ubicación privilegiada en el corazón de Peña de Bernal. Muy recomendable!
La ubicación es excelente, justo en el corazón de Bernal, las habitaciones impecables, tienen estacionamiento seguro a unas cuantas cuadras, el servicio de todo el personal es inmejorable, súper amables y atentos, se esmeran porque tu experiencia sea excelente. El restaurante delicioso!! Es la segunda ocasión que nos hospedamos aquí y en las dos ocasiones ha sido igual, súper recomendable!!
